Drilling

Because HSS drills often need to be re-grinded before use, resulting in lower production efficiency when processing QT steel.
In order to obtain high-efficiency processing, it is necessary to use a stable modern drilling machine / baht bed (CNC type), and at the same time supporting a carbide drill / iron knife.
In order to obtain efficient drilling, the most economical way is to use a drill bit with a carbide insert. This kind of drill is to install the cemented carbide blade on the drill. The hole diameter that this kind of drill can drill is more than 12mm.
