APPLICATION
This case is a washing machine assembly line. The process composition: the sheet metal + front flange + back flange + inner tube + assembly + test + packaging several parts. Each part needs to be prepared independently. The pre-installed line is produced by sheet metal. And then waiting for the washing machine flow into the assembly bus. Although the work principles in the Front flange, rear flange, and inner tube are the same, the front flange and the rear flange need to be assembled after wiring the wires, then match and assemble the inner tube.
The working principle of washing machine assembly line: after installation, enter into the testing phases, the washing machine starts to inject water, then closed the door of the washing machine for the next station to test the decibel generated, next the washing machine will be sent into the sound insulation room to do the test. When completing all the above test, then unqualified NG, and the qualified continue to flow to the next station for functional test. After finishing all the process, the washing machine is transported into the packaging line.
