This manual is applicable to oil-immersed power transformers with a capacity of 3300 kVA and below and a voltage of 35 kV and below. This series of transformers can be assembled without normal lifting inspection after normal transportation. The disassembled parts are tested and accepted, and they can be put into operation after passing the test.
The method of transportation from transformer to installation site is mainly road or rail transportation. Such transformers are all filled with oil for transportation, and the parts, supporting parts, factory technical documents, etc. that are attached should be installed separately and sent out together with the transformer.
When lifting the transformer, the four cranes on the wall of the box should be used at the same time. These four cranes can bear the total weight of the transformer. The hanging plate on the cover is only used for the lifting body. The angle between the rope and the vertical line should not be greater than 30° when lifting.
The inclination of the transformer during transportation is not more than 15°.
